25 : the sim owner forced landing in the past few days, so the store is some distance from landing. Directions to store: From Landing, turn on mini map and proceed east out of the mall, head down the hill following the path. When you reach the intersection of paths where house like shops line the road head right. Keep heading straight until you almost walk into a building. Hatter 'n Hell should be just slightly to your left. Once you're in the store the items are fairly easy to find.
